serve our customers in France, one of our strongest and fastest growing
markets in the world. This person will: - Present
our products on meetings and workshops
- Professionally
guide and advice customers during and after the sales process
- Do
installations and provide end user training
- Support
our worldwide partners and distributors
- Prepare
marketing campaigns, marketing material, and manuals
We
are looking for a friendly and outgoing personality with strong
communication skills, training and experience in Biology (preferably
knowledge in Genetics / Cell Biology and Microscopy), and experience
with computers based on the MSWindows operating system. Very good
written and spoken French is essential, and English language
skills are beneficial. Candidate must be open to travel frequently,
and teaching experience is a plus. Please

Technical Service
Specialist, Boston MA, USAWe are looking
for a Technical Service Specialist / Customer Service Specialist for
our
growing office in the Boston
area, MA. This person will test and trouble shoot our instruments for
electronic imaging, work with customers and our team of scientists and
sales
specialists. The applicant will track cases and solutions and play an
important
role in our quality control system.
The candidate
must have a technical background, at least a Bachelor’s degree,
excellent PC
knowledge and communications skills. Experience in Biology, Genetics or
Cytogenetics is a plus. We are looking for a self-motivated and
versatile team
player, interested in working to grow the company with us.
